Children

Jesus said, "Let the little children come to me..."

Matthew 19:14

The Children’s Ministry exists to partner with parents to guide children toward a lasting relationship with Jesus Christ; transforming a new generation to be Gospel-centered disciples who know, love, serve and share the Lord Jesus

awana

Wednesday nights at 6:30pm

It’s time to get ready for another great year! We would love to have your child attend our Awana Club on Wednesday nights. Mark your calendars for our first night of Club on Wed., Sept. 4th from 6:30-8pm.

What is Awana? Awana is a children’s Discipleship Program. AWANA stands for Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed (2 Timothy 2:15). The mission of Awana is to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ and to train them to serve Him. We seek to provide an atmosphere in which your child can enjoy learning that God is real, that He loves them, and that He has expressed that love through Jesus Christ. They will also learn how to apply the truths of their Bible to their daily lives.

To register your children, purchase a uniform, or view the weekly theme calendar click the button below!
We are excited to have your child with us and are honored that you would entrust us with their care during the worship service! Our nursery is generally equipped for children from birth to age four, but if your child is older than four and not yet ready for children's church, we welcome them, too!

Please register your child(ren) each week, preferably by Thursday evening, so we can ensure sufficient staffing.
If this is the first time your child(ren) has used our nursery or if you need to update information previously provided, please use the "New Guest or Updated Information" link below.

Please be aware of the following guidelines:

1. During active use, nursery access is restricted only to registered children and to
the nursery workers scheduled to serve that day.
Parents / guardians are asked to drop their child(ren) off at the door but not to enter the nursery. Please note that we will not release the child to anyone other than the person(s) denoted on the registration form.
2. If your child is exhibiting any symptoms of sickness such as a cough, runny nose, continuous sneezing (or other), please keep them at home.
3. Nursery workers are currently not able to change your child's diapers. If your child needs to be changed, you will be informed, and escorted entry to the nursery will be permitted only for diaper changing.
4. Snacks may be served during the corporate worship hour. If your child has a food allergy, please be sure to note this on the registration form and to note if the allergy is severe to the degree that the allergen cannot be served to others in the vicinity of your child.
5. Every adult nursery worker undergoes a background check to help ensure your child’s safety. The church policies regarding childcare can be provided upon request.
6. The toys and room will be cleaned after use.

If you have any questions or concerns, please submit them using the “Worship Service Nursery Question“ button below.
